Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on standard UPS Ground rates for package weight, size, and distance shipped. Shipping costs can be reviewed as you proceed through the ordering process. Delivery estimates can be obtained using the UPS tracking number provided when your order is shipped.

Demolition Tools also offers expedited shipping, where available, for an additional fee.

Shipments to A.P.O. addresses ship via US Priority Mail only.

Return Policy

Products purchased from Demolition Tools may be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. Customers must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from Demolition Tools Customer Service prior to returning any product. All products must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging at the customer’s expense. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Demolition Tools will not accept return of products which are damaged or have not been assigned an RMA number.
